This course was recently approved by the Examining Board and
qualified Journeypersons who successfully complete this course
will be eligible for reclassification as a High-Rise Journeyperson.
The option of taking the Reclassification Exam without this
course is still available.
This RECLASSIFICATION COURSE will include: conduit
bending, cabling systems, material awareness and more.
In accordance with Local 353’s By-laws, ARTICLE XII Sec. 5 (a
& d), you must have a valid 309A Construction and Maintenance
Ontario Licence and have been a Journeyperson for a minimum
of four (4) years as a member under the terms of our Low Rise
Residential Agreement. This is a prerequisite to acceptance into
the Low-Rise Reclassification Course. This course is NOT available
to apprentices.
