Prerequisite: Fourth or fifth term apprentices and licensed
Journeypersons

This course will introduce Electricians to the duties and responsibilities
that will be expected of them as they take on their role
as a “Frontline Supervisor” (Foreperson). The objective of this
course is to provide the individual with greater insight and allow
them to build confidence, so that they may be able to perform
their duties more effectively.
Topics to be covered include: Job Description and Duties, Job
Planning, Safety Regulations, ESA Inspection and the Code,
Customer Relations and Contract Law, Labour Relations and
Productivity, Job Site Reporting and Estimating.
